Can I order products now from your website?

At present time, this feature is unavailable, however, we may add it in the future, depending on response. Although, we will accept orders by fax, phone or in person. If you are to order by fax or phone, you will need to tell us the exact item that you want, and provide us with some additional information. Typically, you should set aside approximately five minutes for the initial call and a few minutes for a follow up if necessary.

What information should I provide if I fax in an order?

First, you'll need to make sure that you include a day time phone number where we can contact you right away as well as an address. Often, people forget to include this information and that leaves us at a loss as to who sent the fax. Second, if the item can be engraved, we'll need to have a general idea of what you want it to say. This is  another reason why it's important to include you phone number. We will call you with suggestions and questions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At present time, cash and checks are accepted. Debit and credit cards are not.

I'm having some difficulty choosing words for the engraving of the award. Can you help me?

Of course. In fact, most of our customers prefer our help. All we'll need is some basic information such as who's receiving the award, why, and who is presenting it. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

Do you charge State Sales Tax?

Yes, by law, we are required to do so. If you are a tax exempt organization and the purchase is for the organization and not a personal purchase for one of it's members, then you are exempt from paying the State tax. Your organization must have it's own tax exemption number and cannot use the number of a parent or sister organization. Simply provide us with the state (119.1-ST), not federal tax exemption form(501C). You can even email or fax it if you like.
